Here at Nikoda Care, our Mission Statement is an important piece of our identity. Our mission is to promote encouraging best care at home and allowing families respite periods.
Our Story
Nikoda has a simple but vital vision, we exist to provide compassionate and robust care to some of the most vulnerable members of society.

We believe everyone should be able to maximise their quality of life and do so from the comfortable surroundings of their own home, should they wish.

Our passion for care has seen our senior management team build nearly 30 years of experience in the care industry. We have had the privilege of working as entry level care assistants all the way through to Senior Nurse Practitioner.
​
This unique understanding of what is required from our staff at every level has allowed us to create a business that has the same focus of quality care provision from the ground up.

We recognise the importance of our position in the local community and will work tirelessly to provide our service users with the very best care and support.

Nikoda care exists to provide compassionate and robust care to some of the most vulnerable members of society. Not everyone has the physical, emotional, and mental ability to care for themselves in their own home without the right level of support in place to help with a wide range of needs, from general day-to-day household tasks to more complex support.

Registered Manager
A qualified social worker since 2017 with experience as a Mental Health Practitioner

Has a BA (Hons) Social Work from Canterbury Christ Church University and is currently working towards her CNVQ level 5 in Children and Young People’s Services
​
In spare time Fransine enjoys travelling, reading, photography, bike riding, interior decor
